Change 4 Love ("we," "us") is a Utah nonprofit organization. Our website is https://change4love.com. This page explains what information we collect when you visit our site or make a donation, how we use it, and the choices you have.

We keep this simple and honest: we collect as little as we can, we never sell your information, and we use what we do collect to run our mission and nothing else.

What we collect

Website analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our site — which pages are viewed, roughly where visitors come from, and what device or browser they use. Google Analytics uses cookies and collects your device's IP address. We see aggregate reports, not your name. You can opt out of analytics any time with Google's browser add-on: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout

Advertising. We participate in the Google Ad Grants program, which shows our ads in Google search results. Google may use analytics data (including advertising signals and cookies) to measure whether those ads work and to personalize advertising. You can opt out of personalized advertising at https://adssettings.google.com

Donations. When you donate, our donation forms (powered by GiveWP) collect your name, email address, and donation amount. Payment itself is processed by PayPal — your card or bank details go to PayPal, not to us, and we never see or store them. PayPal's privacy policy: https://www.paypal.com/us/legalhub/privacy-full

Email you send us. If you email info@change4love.com or use a contact form, we receive what you send and use it to reply and help you.

Staying in touch. If you donate or share your email with us, we may send you updates about our mission, events, and ways to help. Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link, and we stop the moment you ask. We never share your email address with anyone else for their marketing.

Embedded content and site services. Our pages use a few third-party services to work well: Optimole (delivers our images faster), an Instagram feed plugin (shows our recent posts), and standard performance measurement. Embedded content from other sites (for example Instagram or YouTube) behaves as if you visited that site directly, including its cookies.

What we do NOT do

• We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. Ever.
• We do not store your card or bank details.
• We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

• Your data: email us at info@change4love.com to ask what we have about you, or to ask us to correct or delete it. We will respond within 30 days.

Do Not Track: some browsers send a "Do Not Track" signal. Like most websites, our site does not currently respond to DNT signals, but the opt-out tools above give you direct control.

How long we keep things

Analytics data is retained by Google under the retention period set in our Google Analytics account, then deleted automatically. Donation records are kept as long as tax and accounting law requires nonprofits to keep them.

Security

Our site is served entirely over HTTPS. Access to donor information is limited to the people who run Change 4 Love.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update this page and the effective date at the top. Significant changes will be noted on this page.
