$15 sends a hero to a child

Somewhere in Utah tonight there's a kid in a hospital bed. Scared, bored, a long way from home. We send that kid a superhero. Hand-painted. Made for them.

Fifteen dollars covers a print and gets it into that child's hands.

What $15 a month does

$15 a month sends one print to a child in a hospital, every month.

The painting itself goes to the child. You get a photo of it in your inbox each month, so you can see the hero you sponsored.

Who makes the art

Adults with special needs. For them, this is a chance to be somebody's hero instead of somebody's project.

Who gets it

Children. Since 2016 we have sent art to more than 25 hospitals, from California to Chicago down to Texas, plus police stations, disability centers, orphanages, and other charities working with kids.

Volunteers have given more than 13,000 hours to make that happen.

Where your donation goes

Three places: making and printing the art, getting it to the child, and admin.

Art production is the paint, the canvas, and the printing. Shipping is getting a hero into a child's hands, wherever that child is.

We are primarily volunteer based.

What we want to do next

Teach art. Not only to children, but to people with special needs, and to anyone who wants to make something.

We want people of all abilities to be able to make art. That is the program we want most, and it is what we are raising money toward.
